Nat Belkov
Design Director
Nat Belkov is the design director at Eater. An alum of Smith College, Nat joined Eater in 2022 after helming creative teams in advertising and brand design. In addition to overseeing visuals, Nat is a contributing writer for Eater's local and national coverage. Nat also co-authored the James Beard Award-nominated cookbook Made Here, independently-published with non-profit Send Chinatown Love in July 2023.
