Ashok Selvam is the editor of Eater Chicago. A graduate of Syracuse University, he's a native Chicagoan who has been with Eater since 2014. Prior, he covered health care for Crain's Modern Healthcare, and was a GA reporter at the Daily Herald in suburban Chicago. He doesn't understand why folks disagree about pizza, but he will judge you for ketchup on a hot dog. If Derrick Rose is healthy, he believes the Bulls win two championships. Ashok has won multiple Lisagor Awards for excellence in journalism.
